While all the providers we bring on are already licensed, credentialed, and experienced in their respective fields, we have a complete training program at Coco Med Spa as well. All of our new providers complete hands-on training alongside senior staff before seeing clients independently. This is to ensure that providers are well versed in the Coco Med Spa way, feel comfortable in the environment, and work according to the values and commitments of our brand.

One of those values is our “less is more” approach. At Coco Med Spa, we are not in the business of giving people a new identity with our work. Our goal with all treatments, especially injectables, is to enhance your best assets and make conservative changes over time while still celebrating the features that make you, uniquely you. It’s much easier to add more than it is to remove or correct something that is overdone. On our team, success is not about pushing as many services as possible. One of our biggest flexes is our continued education. We understand that we work in an industry where new information frequently becomes available, and best practices change. Our mission is always to stay informed of the industry and remain aware of changes in healthcare, services, products, and more. Every year, we expect to go to at least one conference and one hands-on training. However, in 2025, we attended 4 separate conferences for continuing education and completed 3 advanced clinical hands-on training sessions in our office.
